Due to anticipated snowfall, the Centerville Police Department has announced there will be parking restrictions enforced beginning Friday night.

From Friday, Jan. 11 at 11:30 p.m. until Sunday, Jan. 13 at 8 a.m., there will be no on-street parking in Centerville. Any vehicle found on the street during this time frame is subject to being towed and the owner may receive a citation.

From Friday, Jan. 11 at 11:30 p.m. until Saturday, Jan. 12 at 8 a.m., and again from Saturday, Jan. 12 at 11:30 p.m. until Sunday, Jan. 13 at 8 a.m., there will be no on street parking allowed on the square and side streets for a one block radius.  Any vehicle found in these areas during these time frames is subject to being towed and the owner may receive a citation.

Until the no parking restrictions are lifted, the Centerville Police Department says vehicles may be parked in yards.
