•CHS BAND BOOSTERS will meet at 6:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month in the high school band room. All parents of band students are encouraged to attend.

•AMERICAN LEGION 280 in Moulton will meet the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Legion Hall.

WEDNESDAY 1

•ROTARY CLUB meets each Wednesday at noon at The Manhattan Steakhouse in Centerville.

•STORYTIMERS at Drake Public Lib­rary every Wednes­day at 1:15 p.m.

THURSDAY 2

•FRIENDS OF THE DRAKE PUBLIC LIBRARY will meet on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. at the library, Iowa Room.

•LINCOLN PTO CARNIVAL will be held Thursday, Oct. 2. The fundraiser will include a supper, carnival, raffle and silent auction from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. The auction will take place about 7:15 p.m. Punch cards for the games will be $5 for 20 or $10 for 42. Some games will be more than one punch.

•SHARE-A-CRAFT. This group will meet the first and third Thursdays of each month at the First United Meth­odist Church in Centerville, 410 N.
