A year of topics
It doesn’t seem possible, but we have been writing this column for one year now. Time flies when you’re having fun, and I’m having a blast writing this column every week.

Thanks so much to everyone who has asked a question or has read the weekly article. I’m excited about the next year and hope that if you have a question that you will ask it and then actually “act” upon it. Everyone needs exercise and healthy eating.
