The Moulton-Udell Lady Eagles were defeated by Twin Cedars on Thursday at home in four games.
Scores of the games were 13-25, 11-25. 25-19 and 15-25.
“We played a good game tonight. They are a good team and played better than us,” commented coach Jason Ogden.
M-U was 50-for-61 in serving with six aces with Sharena Kaster paving the way goingn 14-of-14 with one ace. Brandie Lawson was also perfect from the serve line with eight serves.
Mackenzie Clark had 27 attacks with seven kills for the team while Shayla Weston had 18 attacks with four kills.
“I thought we played good defense tonight, as the kids were prepared for Hoehns (Twin Cedars player) and they battled all night,” said Ogden.
The Lady Eagles will travel to Seymour on Tuesday for a match against the Warriorettes.
