Jordan McCoy was two-for-three with a triple and two RBIs while Tyler Gray and Thaler Carter each had doubles. Also getting hits were John Allgood, Zach Armington, Seth Thomas (2) and A.J. Hoffman.

In game two of the double header the Reds were led by Michael Kauzlarich on the mound with nine strike outs. “Jay and Michael both gave us solid pitching performance,” said Coach Bill Huisman.

McCoy, Carter and Cody Cowan each hit doubles while Kauzlarich, Schmidt, Gray, Armington and Hoffman had singles. McCoy went four-for-four at the plate with five RBIs.

“Defensively both teams got a little sloppy in the second game. We hit very well, McCoy had a special night going six-for-seven with seven RBIs, including a double and a triple,” said Huisman.
