New Hope Prayer and Worship Center dedication

The Daily Iowegian

---- — The public is invited to the opening and dedication service of the New Hope Prayer and Worship Center on Oct. 31, a ministry of New Hope Ministry and Counseling Center, as we share more about this new ministry.

The New Hope Prayer and Worship Center is located at 408 N. First St. in Mystic at the Mystic Community Church building. The doors will open on Thursday, Oct. 31 at 1 p.m. The dedication service will begin at 7 p.m. with refreshments to follow.

The New Hope Prayer and Worship Center is not a church and will never be open to the public on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings. This is a place for people from all denominations to come together to unite in prayer and worship, producing transformation in lives and in our communities. It draws the presence of God.

Our heart cry at New Hope is for the Lord to be worshiped and to see people’s lives changed by the good news of Jesus Christ. God longs to change the atmosphere in our communities, draw the lost to Himself, bring unity among believers and strengthen His bride. Jesus taught us to pray, “Our Father Who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Your Name, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.” We are called to pray and worship.

No one who experiences the presence of God will ever be the same. And no land where God’s presence dwells can ever stay the same.
