4 p.m. Daniel Lee Shahan, 21, of Unionville, Mo., was charged at the Law Center and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to yield to emergency vehicle. He posted bond and was released at 7:51 p.m.
10:41 a.m. Tara Leann Buckallew, 37, of Moravia, was charged by the Iowa State Patrol at 250th Avenue and 450th Street with drunken driving, first offense. She was released on her own recognizance at 3:50 p.m.
7:14 p.m. Kayla Sue Montgomery, 56, of Mystic, driving a 1999 Ford Ranger west on Highway J5T when a deer entered the roadway and was struck by the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,500.
12:38 p.m. Robert Alan Reed, Jr., 36, of Ridgway, Pa., was charged at the Law Center with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. He posted bond and was released at 9:30 p.m.
12:01 p.m. Joseph Victor DePaula, 28, of Cincinnati was charged in the 100 block of North Maple Street in Cincinnati with two counts of child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.
5 p.m. Melvin Leroy Collis Sr., 50, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with failure to appear.
10:16 p.m. Ashley Marie Eis, 25, of Seymour, was charged in the 100 block of East Second Street in Moulton with possession of drug paraphernalia, false information to law enforcement and driving with license suspended.
