8:20 p.m. Gregory Allen Jones, 34, of Mystic, was charged at the Law Center with failure to appear.

5:12 p.m. Jeremy Joe Blew, 39, of Centerville, was charged in the 500 block of North Tenth Street with domestic assault with intent to inflict serious injury.

11:23 p.m. Randy Dean Mehrhoff, 55, of Cincinnati, was charged in the 100 block of LaSalle Street with simple domestic assault.

May 9

11:45 a.m. Theodore Franklin Garrison, 28, of Seymour, was charged at 501 W. Pleasant St. with failure to appear. He was later released on his own recognizance.

May 10

12:22 a.m. Steven Lee Garrison, 25, of Cincinnati, was charged in the 19000 block of 200th Avenue with second degree theft.

5:48 p.m. Michael Bruce Bradley, Jr., 18, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with OWI, first offense. He served time and was released on May 12 at 5:16 p.m.

May 11

10:31 p.m. Clarence Laverne Anderson, 86, of Centerville, was driving a 2004 Lincoln on Highway 5 when a deer ran into the roadway and was struck. Damage to Anderson’s vehicle was estimated at $2,500.

May 12

12:50 p.m. Garrett Daniel Owens, 18, of Centerville, was driving a 1978 Chevrolet truck northbound on South Main Street. Peggy Jean Howe, 75, of Centerville, was driving a 2002 Buick Century Custom East on West Water Street. Howe failed to yield at a stop sign and her vehicle was struck by Owens’ vehicle. Howe advised that she did not see Owens’ vehicle. Damage to Howe’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Damage to Owens’ vehicle was estimated at $300.

May 14

2:21 a.m. Nicole Renee Walker, 25, of Centerville, was charged in the 19000 block of St. Joseph’s Drive with second degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and trespass.
