4:30 p.m. Tina Marie Henshaw, 51, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with prohibited animal.
4:43 p.m. The Centerville Police department reported an accident at the Indian Hills Community College parking lot. Shirley Smith, of Blakesburg, driving a 2010 Lincoln struck a pedestrian walking across the IHCC parking lot. No charges were filed. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Lincoln was estimated at $3,000.
9:15 p.m. The Centerville Police department reported a two-vehicle accident at 18th and Maple. Mark Femali, of Centerville, driving a 2004 Chevrolet, was stopped for a red light at 18th and Maple when Skyler Blumer, of Centerville, driving a 2002 Ford rear ended Femali’s Chevrolet. Femali was listed as injured. Destiny Long in the Ford was listed as injured. Blumer was charged with failure to maintain control and no insurance, accident related. The Chevrolet sustained an estimated $1,100 in damages and the Ford $1,500.
3:45 p.m. The owner reported the theft of a BIPAP machine valued at $4,500 in the 1000 block of North 18th Street.
11:15 p.m. Waylon Wayne Mathes, 30, of Centerville, was charged on the south side of the Square with open container in a vehicle, passenger.
11:46 p.m. Jesse James Burtlow, 20, of Ottumwa, was charged on the north side of the Square with possession of alcohol under age.
2:24 a.m. Amy Elizabeth Swank, 34, of Burlington, was charged in the 800 block of North 18th Street with possession of drug paraphernalia.
6:06 p.m. Jerry Wayne Vancenbrock, 47, of Centerville, was charged in the 200 block of East Jackson Street with disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance the next day.
2:57 p.m. The owner reported the theft of a 2003 GMC Sierra valued at $8,000 in the 300 block of West Van Buren.
8:43 p.m. Donald Ervin Schramm III, 42, of Centerville, was charged in the 400 block of East State Street with out of county warrant.
