6:06 a.m. The Appanoose County Sheriff’s office reported an accident at Highway 202 and 323rd Avenue. Jessica Marie Tamsey Cossolotto, 23, of Moulton, was driving a 2003 General Motors Envoy SUV north in the 22000 block of Highway 202 hit a deer that had entered the roadway. Cossolotto was not injured. Damage to the SUV was estimated at $5,500.
5 p.m. Charles Edward Coffman, Jr., 35, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with domestic assault causing bodily injury. He was released on his own recognizance the next day.
5:11 a.m. Matthew David Steele, 29, of Exline, was charged at 18th Street and East Oneal Street with parole violation.
11:12 p.m. Byron Dean Foster, 32, of Exline, was charged at 21333 Highway J46 with eluding a law enforcement vehicle, two counts of assault on an officer with bodily injury, interference with official acts, drunken driving, first offense, reckless driving, passing violation, two counts of excessive speed, open container, failure to yield, failure to obey stop sign and driving on wrong side of highway.
9:15 a.m. Heather Nicole Thompson, 27 and Randy Lee Thompson, Jr., 29, both of Seymour, were charged at 201 N. 12th St. with violation of a no-contact order. Heather Thompson was released on her own recognizance.
