July 11

2:39 p.m. Cheryl Renee Brewer, 48, of Centerville, was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban eastbound on Highway 2 and had slowed for slow moving traffic when her vehicle was hit from behind by a 1988 Ford F150 driven by Toby Wayne See, 19, of Centerville. Brewer’s vehicle had an estimated $6,000 in damage. See’s vehicle had an estimated $3,000 in damage. Listed as injured were Brewer, See, Doris Corine Sharp, 79, Terri Lynne Clark, 62, and Peggy Diane Elliott, 50, all of Centerville. All were listed with non-incapacitating injuries and all were transported to Mercy Medical Center by ambulance. See was charged with failure to prove security against liability and failure to maintain control.

July 13

8:57 p.m. Shannon Renee Wells, 29, of Numa, was driving a 2012 Toyota Prius west in the 20000 block of Highway J46 when a deer entered the roadway from the north and was hit by the vehicle. Damage to Wells’ vehicle was estimated at $4,000.

July 14

5:30 p.m. Michael Ray Bradley, 56, of Centerville, was driving a 2002 Honda motorcycle southbound in the 17000 block of Highway S70 when a deer ran out of the west ditch and collided with the motorcycle approximately 150 feet south of 470th Street on Highway S70 laying the bike on its side skidding approximately 196 feet before coming to rest in the northbound lane. Damage to Bradley’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000.

8:32 p.m. Benjamin Shane Voth, 38, of Unionville, Iowa, was charged in the 20000 block of East Highway J5T with public intoxication.

11:37 p.m. Jeremy Dale Lawson, 37, of Bloomfield was charged in the 200 block of North Main Street on an out of county warrant.

11:49 p.m. Russell Gene Brown, Jr., 49, of Queen City, Mo., was charged at 202 N. Main St. with public intoxication and interference with official acts.

11:57 p.m. Amanda Mae Lawson, 29, of Bloomfield, was charged in the 200 block of North Main Street with assault causing bodily injury, trespass and disorderly conduct. She later posted bond and was released.

July 15

4:47 a.m. Jeremy Dale Lawson, 37, of Bloomfield, was charged at the Law Center with fifth degree theft.

8:32 a.m. Douglas Jeffrey Dickerson, 56, of Centerville, was charged at 493rd Street and Highway 5 with OWI, third offense and driving with a suspended license. He later posted bond and was released.

8:09 p.m. James Edwin Logston, Jr., 46, of Cincinnati, was charged at the Law Center with violation of a no contact order. He was later released on his own recognizance.
