6:54 p.m. Reed Jacob Dix, 25, of Centerville, was driving a 2012 Ford F150 north on Highway 5. Richard Eugene Raymie, 80, of Moravia, was driving a 2004 Lincoln Town Car east on Highway J18. Raymie stopped his vehicle at the stop sign at Highways J18 and 5. He stated he did not see Dix’s vehicle approaching. Raymie stated he pulled his vehicle across Highway 5 where it collided with Dix’s vehicle. Damage to Raymie’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Damage to Dix’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Raymie was charged with failure to yield.
1:52 p.m. John Frank Thomasson, 29, of Centerville, had his pre-trial release revoked at the Law Center.
11:02 p.m. Jason Paul Hayes, 36, of Centerville, was charged in the 22000 block of 540th Street with possession of a controlled substance.
12 a.m. An unknown driver and vehicle were traveling eastbound in the 32000 block of 535th Street. The driver of the vehicle lost control of the vehicle while exiting a curve in the road. The vehicle went off the east side of the road causing damage to property fencing. Damage to a fence owned by William Roland Singley, of Moulton, was estimated at $400.
8:49 a.m. Tyler Jeffrey Devore, 25, of Mystic, was charged at the Law Center with two counts of third degree theft and two counts of trespass. He was later released on a promise to appear.
8 a.m. Charles Edward Coffman, Jr., 35, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with assault causing bodily injury and disorderly conduct. He later posted bond and was released.
9:30 a.m. Ashley William Inman, 34, of Centerville, had his pre-trial release revoked and went through the sex offender registry process in the 100 block of West Van Buren Street.
5:58 p.m. Krystynah Nichole Cooper, 26, of Moulton, was driving a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix eastbound to the intersection of Bank and 16th streets. Daryle Anthony Crowder, 56, of Centerville, was driving a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am approaching the intersection of 16th and Bank streets. Cooper’s vehicle entered the intersection, striking Crowder’s vehicle, which had entered the intersection. Damage to Cooper’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500. Damage to Crowder’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Cooper was charged with failure to obey a stop or yield sign.
12:42 a.m. Hoss Franklin McKay, 20, of Centerville, was charged in the 200 block of East Pleasant Street with two counts of assault on an officer with bodily injury, interference with official acts, first degree harassment, possession of a controlled substance, assault on a person engaged in certain occupations and possession of drug paraphernalia.
2:44 p.m. Jenny Lee Choate, 73, of Unionville, Mo., was driving a 1993 Toyota and lost control while entering a curve. The vehicle went into the north ditch, crossed back over the roadway and came to rest in the south ditch facing west.
11:36 p.m. Tyler James Martin, 23, of Geneva, Ill., was charged on the Centerville Square with public intoxication. He later posted bond and was released.
12:19 a.m. Jon Lewis Carranza, 32, of Exline, was charged at Third and South Main streets with assault causing bodily injury and disorderly conduct. He later posted bond and was released.
9:24 a.m. Keena Jo Vancompernolle, 20, of Centerville, was charged in the 26000 block of 172nd Avenue on two out of county warrants. She was later transferred.
10:38 p.m. Michael Wade Kruzich, 47, of Mystic, was charged at the Law Center with eluding a law enforcement vehicle.
12:29 a.m. William Craig Greene, 26, of Unionville, Iowa, was charged with assault on an officer with a weapon and second degree criminal mischief and had his parole/probation revoked at 190th Avenue and Highway J5T.
7:19 a.m. Michael Lee Kauzlarich, 53, of Centerville, was driving a 2002 GMC Sierra eastbound in the 31000 block of Highway 2 when a deer entered the roadway striking the front left side of the vehicle. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
4:17 p.m. Clayton John Hulsizer, 19, of Bloomfield, was charged at the Law Center with OWI, first offense. He was later released on order of the court.
