11:19 a.m. Kristin Lynn Coffman, 35, of Centerville, was charged at 24721 240th Aveune with second degree theft. She later posted bond and was released.

3:45 p.m. Tiffany Rose Davis, 21, of Ottumwa, was charged at the Law Center with supplying alcohol to an under age person. She was later released on order of the court.

7:02 p.m. Jonathon Scott Foster, 21, of Centerville, was driving a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser eastbound and was turning right on to South 29th Street. Vanessa Kay Nicoletto, 57, of Unionville, was driving a 2001 Ford F150 eastbound and failed to see Foster’s vehicle. Nicoletto swerved her vehicle to try to avoid a collision and the left front of the F150 struck the right side of Foster’s vehicle. Damage to Foster’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Damage to Nicoletto’s vehicle was estimated at $25. Nicoletto was charged with failure to maintain control.

Sept. 14

2 p.m. Daniel Michael Moore, 33, of Centerville, was charged in the 1400 block of South 18th Street with first degree harassment. He was later released on his own recognizance.

Sept. 16

6:56 p.m. Lucas Jon Stajcar, 22, of Exline, was charged in the 100 block of West Wall Street with failure to appear. He later posted bond and was released.

8:27 p.m. John Frank Thomasson, 29, of Centerville, was charged at 170th Avenue and 550th Street with two counts of fourth degree theft and second degree arson.
