12:43 p.m. Joseph Victor DePaula, 28, of Cincinnati, was charged at the Law Center with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent/conspiracy. He was later released on order of the court.

7:25 p.m. Stephen Alan Allgood, 25, of Powersville, Mo., was driving a 1994 Freightliner truck northbound in the 14000 block of Highway S70 when the operator stated he felt the load of round bales of hay begin to shift. Allgood said he swerved to the left to try to settle the load and lost control entering the north ditch. The tractor trailer rolled over onto the driver’s side. Allgood said he was not injured and there was a strong gust of wind near the time of the accident. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.

Oct. 23

10:15 a.m. Heather Lynn Porter, 25, of Moulton, was charged at 312 E. Second St. with having a banned breed in Moulton.

Oct. 24

9:10 a.m. Arielle Lynn Davis, 25, of Ottumwa, was charged at 135th Avenue and Highway 2 with possession of a controlled substance, interference with official acts and an out of county warrant. She later posted bond and was released.

5:09 p.m. Jason J. Adams, 38, of Mystic, was charged in the 700 block of West Willow Lane with simple domestic assault. He was later released on a promise to appear.

Oct. 28

4:48 p.m. Andrae Parker, Jr., 20, of Centerville, was charged in the 500 block of West Van Buren Street with failure to appear. He later posted bond and was released.

6 p.m. Randall Scott Foster, 46, of Ottumwa, was charged at the Law Center with contempt of court.

Oct. 30

6:34 p.m. Carrie Ann Scott, 32, of Centerville, was charged in the 500 block of North 10th Street with interference with official acts, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was later transferred.

Nov. 3

3:17 p.m. Charles Edward Coffman, Jr., 35, of Centerville, was charged in the 200 block of East Jackson Street with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon and first degree harassment.

6:25 p.m. Charles Edward Coffman, Jr., 35, of Centerville was charged at the Law Center with assault with a dangerous weapon, first degree harassment and second degree burglary.
