11:15 p.m. Waylon Wayne Mathes, 30, of Centerville, was charged on the south side of the Square with open container in a vehicle, passenger.

June 15

11:46 p.m. Jesse James Burtlow, 20, of Ottumwa, was charged on the north side of the Square with possession of alcohol under age.

June 16

2:24 a.m. Amy Elizabeth Swank, 34, of Burlington, was charged in the 800 block of North 18th Street with possession of drug paraphernalia.

6:06 p.m. Jerry Wayne Vancenbrock, 47, of Centerville, was charged in the 200 block of East Jackson Street with disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance the next day.

June 17

2:57 p.m. The owner reported the theft of a 2003 GMC Sierra valued at $8,000 in the 300 block of West Van Buren.

8:43 p.m. Donald Ervin Schramm III, 42, of Centerville, was charged in the 400 block of East State Street with out of county warrant.

June 18

9:30 a.m. Harley Chantell Hungate, 19, of Centerville and Andrew Craig Rettig, 20, of Centerville, were both charged in the 300 block of East Sheridan Avenue with third degree theft. Both were released later that day on their own recognizance.

1:15 a.m. Loren Daniel Shiltz, 61, of Centerville, was charged in the 100 block of West Jackson Street with enhanced public intoxication. He was released on his own recognizance later that day.

11:03 p.m. Jerald Allen Friend, 61, of Centerville, was charged at North Haynes Avenue and Maple Street with public intoxication.

June 20

12:22 a.m. Michael Allen Peel, 38, of Centerville, was charged at 10th Street and West Maple Street with second offense drunken driving.

1:55 a.m. Christopher Daniel Williamson, 39, of Centerville, was charged in the 1000 block of South Main Street with simple assault.

11:21 a.m. John Allen Proffer, Jr., 20, of Centerville, was charged in the 100 block of West Jackson Street with failure to appear.

6:15 p.m. Earl Wayne Clark, 52, of Centerville, was charged in the 100 block of North 13th Street with public intoxication and fifth degree theft.
