Corydon Police investigated a property damage accident on the drive at Southern Iowa Oil in Corydon. A 2007 Ford truck driven by Jolene Sue Halsey, 57, of Fort Madison, was pulling away from a gas pump when it struck the guard rail. Damage to the truck, owned by U-Hail International, was estimated at $1,000. Damage to the guard rail was listed at $100.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tanner Derek Nall, 23, of Lineville, on a charge of fifth degree criminal mischief at a Lineville residence. Nall appeared before the magistrate the following day and was released after posting bond.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin Dean Kinney, 32, of Corydon, following complaints of an erratic driver on Highway 2 west of Corydon and a collision of a car and semi. Kinney was charged with operating while intoxicated and failure to show proof of insurance. Kinney appeared before the magistrate and was released after posting bond.
Nicholas Stanley, of Corydon, reported to Corydon Police that two of his prescription medications were missing from his residence.
Seymour Police arrested Theodore Johnathan Reger, 29, of Plano, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct following an incident at a Seymour residence. Reger appeared before the magistrate the following day when he was fined and released.
The Wapello County Sheriff’s Office arrested Anthony Rell Murdy, 43, of Ottumwa, on a Wayne County warrant for violation of a no contact order. Murdy was then transported to Corydon the following day and appeared before the magistrate. He was then fined and released.
