12:14 p.m. Melissa Ann Cory, 46, of Des Moines, was charged at the Law Center with failure to appear. She was later released on order of the court.
3:56 p.m. David Connary Korthuis, 16, of Centerville, was driving a 1998 Ford Expedition east on 540th Street when the vehicle went around a curve and started to slide. The vehicle went into the south ditch and rolled over about three times. Korthuis was transported to Mercy Medical Center in Centerville by ambulance with non-incapacitating injuries. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
9:07 p.m. A 17-year-old female juvenile was charged at 512 E. Second St. with assault causing bodily injury.
11:43 p.m. Dakota William Lee Smith, 21, of Princeton, Mo., was charged at 160th Avenue and Highway J46 with supplying alcohol to an under age person. He was later released on his own recognizance.
5:50 a.m. Christi Kay Sprague, 26, of Melrose, was driving a 2006 Toyota southbound in the 18000 block of Highway 5 when a deer entered the roadway and was struck by the vehicle. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
10:22 a.m. A 17-year-old male juvenile was charged in the 200 block of West Van Buren Street with failure to appear. He later posted bond and was released.
11:04 p.m. Derrick Eugene Duffey, 30, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and trespass.
