No. 14-05: adopt revenue purpose statement for electric franchise fee, public hearing on proposed revenue purpose statement for gas utility franchise fee, Res. No. 14-06: adopt revenue purpose statement for gas franchise fee, adopt Ord. 257: granting Interstate Power and Light Co.
