John Trihus, of Blooming Prairie, Minn., reported that two John Deere 9330 tractors with Kinze planters attached had been vandalized while parked on Newton Road in Corydon Township. Damage to the tractors was listed at $2,300.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Teresa Ann Gage, 47, of Allerton, on a charge of assault following an incident on West Elm Street in Allerton. Gage appeared before the magistrate the following day and pleaded guilty to the charge. She was then fined and sentenced to 48 hours in the Wayne County Jail.
Corydon Police arrested Gregory Howard Davis, 27, of Corydon, on charges of second degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony and lascivious acts with a child, a Class D felony. Davis appeared before the magistrate and is currently being held in the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
