Oct. 7
3:35 a.m. Jason Eugene Everingham, 31, of Centerville was charged with fifth degree theft in the 900 block of West Washington.
Oct. 12
3:06 p.m. Fourth degree criminal mischief was reported in the 800 block of East Maple Street. The victim reported damage to a residence. The damage was estimated at $250.
Oct. 16
An accident was reported at Main and Maple Streets. Thomas Demry of Centerville was stopped at a red light in a 1998 Ford when he was hit from behind by Joan Conn of Mystic driving a 2006 Dodge. The initial impact spun Demry’s vehicle and Conn’s vehicle then hit the Ford again on the front quarter panel of the passenger side. Conn was charged with failure to maintain control and was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
Oct. 19
An accident was reported at Drake Avenue and Liberty. Larry Bettis of Centerville was driving a 2000 Chrysler north on Drake and stopped to wait for another vehicle to turn west on Liberty. Robert Jamison of Centerville was driving a 1998 Jeep north on Drake and collided with Bettis’ vehicle. Jamison tried to swerve to miss Bettis’ vehicle and ended up in a yard in the 500 block of Drake Avenue. Jamison was charged with failure to maintain control.
11:35 a.m. Bradley Charles Haifley, Jr., 23, of Centerville was charged on an out of county warrant in the 1700 block of South 19th Street.
4:40 p.m. Jason Edward Englund, 30, of Centerville was charged in the 500 block of North 18th Street with disorderly conduct.
8:58 p.m. Brent Anthony Cossolotto, 18, of Centerville was charged on the Square with unnecessary vehicle noise.
Oct. 20
An accident was reported in the 700 block of North 18th Street. Zachary Armington of Centerville was driving a 2000 Ford north on North 18th Street when he struck a deer.
