9:45 p.m. Jason Dean See, 21, of Albia was charged at Island View Campground with OWI, first offense.
June 27
8:24 p.m. Crae Duane Smith, 54, of Ottumwa was charged at 440th Street and Highway T-61 with OWI, first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, having an open container in a motor vehicle and failure to use safety belts. He was later released on his own recognizance.
11:53 p.m. Austin Eugene Kromray, 20, of Albia was charged in the 12000 block of Resort Drive with public intoxication, interference with official acts and possession of alcohol under age. He was later released on his own recognizance.
June 28
12:30 a.m. Richard Lynn Thomas, 54, of Moulton was charged in the 100 block of North 13th Street with public intoxication. He later pled guilty and was released.
2:16 a.m. Amanda Sue Halferty, 20, of Centerville was charged in the 23000 block of 217th Avenue with OWI, first offense. She was later released on her own recognizance.
2:31 a.m. Chase Nathanial Smith, 21, of Ottumwa was charged at 23931 Highway 5 with three counts of supplying alcohol to someone under age.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office investigated a property damage accident on Highway 65 just south of J46. A 2008 Dodge pickup pulling a 2001 Hornet travel trailer was southbound on Highway 65 when the trailer began to sway. The driver then lost control and the trailer broke from the truck. The truck rolled once and came to rest on its wheels. The trailer rolled onto its side. Damage to the trailer, owned by BBCB Farms of Lineville, was estimated at $30,000. The driver was not injured. Assisting at the scene were the Wayne County Ambulance, Allerton First Responders and Allerton Fire Department.
