10:17 p.m. Jodi Ann Foster, 44, of Exline was charged in the 1900 block of South 18th with OWI, first offense.
10:44 p.m. An accident was reported in the 31000 block of 500th Street. The sheriff said a 2000 Chevrolet driven by Adam Alexander Grove, 18, of Unionville swerved to miss two bulls in the roadway and one of the bulls struck the right side of the car. The deputy managed to see that both bulls were put in fields. Damage to Grove’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000.

2:45 p.m. Virgil Lee Shondel Jr., 37, of Centerville was charged at Highway J5T and T14 with OWI, first offense.
