12:50 p.m. Tyler Wayne Baker, 21, of Unionville, Mo., was charged in the 200 block of South 18th with having an open container as a passenger in a motor vehicle.
May 1
4:49 p.m. A 15-year-old male juvenile was charged with simple assault.
5:29 p.m. Danny Ray Powers, 21, of Centerville was charged on the square with disorderly conduct.
5:30 p.m. A 16-year-old male juvenile was charged on the square with disorderly conduct.

4:06 p.m. Haley Lee Powers, 30, of Centerville was charged on the square with disorderly conduct.

12:07 a.m. Alicia Renee Ferguson, 18, of Centerville was charged in the 1600 lock of South 22nd with possession of alcohol under age.

11:35 a.m. Two juveniles, a 17-year-old female and a 15-year-old male, were charged in the 300 block of East Prairie with tobacco under age.

12:21 p.m. A 12-year-old female juvenile was charged in the 400 block of South 16th with disorderly conduct.
4 p.m. A 15-year-old male juvenile was charged at the Law Center with simple assault.
8:03 p.m. Delbert Large Jr., 44, of Cincinnati was charged in the 500 block of West Franklin with fifth degree theft.
10:25 p.m. Robert Paul Denny III, 36, of Centerville was charged on the square on an out-of-county warrant.

9:30 a.m. Douglas Daniel Martin, 19, of Chariton was charged at the Wayne County Law Center with fifth degree criminal mischief and trespass.

11:15 a.m. Kimberly Rae Martinez, 41, of Centerville was charged at the Law Center with public intoxication.
11:30 a.m. A 15-year-old male juvenile was charged at Centerville High School with tobacco under age.
7:47 p.m. Jessica Renee Orman, 25, of Mystic was charged in the 900 block of East Maple with failure to appear.
