6:16 p.m. Linda Marie Arter, 31, of Plano was charged in the 12000 block of 110th Avenue on an out-of-county warrant.
May 1
1:42 a.m. Jerry Lee Horn, 25, of Centerville was charged in the 100 block of North Main by the Moulton Police Department with enhanced public intoxication.

Wayne County
Sheriff’s Office
April 26
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office charged Jordan William Pritchard, 20, of Osceola following a traffic stop with possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pritchard appeared before the magistrate the following day and was released on his own recognizance.
April 29
The Appanoose County Sheriff’s Office charged Linda Marie Arter, 31, of Plano on Wayne County warrants for 26 counts of dependent adult abuse, 13 counts of prohibited acts and one count of second degree theft. The charges were in connection with incidents at the Corydon Nursing and Rehab Center. Arter was released after posting $10,000 bond.
