---- — The B.V. Sodbusters 4-H group met at the extension office on Oct. 27 at 1 p.m.
There were 21 members and nine visitors that attended the meeting. The treasurer’s report was given by Brenton Willier and the previous meeting minutes was read by Tanner Swarts. Our old business consisted of sending thank you cards to Amber Hoffman for taking time to take us canoeing, to Lockridge Lumber in Promise City for donating paint and brushes for fair clean up and to Pauline Donavan for donating her fan for the rabbit barn during the fair. We also voted on our October and November activities. For October we went to the Knoxville corn maze at Dan-D Farms after our regular meeting on the 27th of October and for November we are going to go to Maple Grove to do crafts with the residents.
Our new business will consist of donating food to the Lord’s Cupboard and in December doing adopt a family. 4-H members don’t forget to re-enroll for 4-H online.
The next B.V. Sodbusters meeting will be at the extension office Nov. 24 at 7 p.m.
