Well by now I’m sure everyone has heard about our tremendous loss of Morgan Cline. He passed away and went with the angels on Easter Sunday. What a sad thing to lose such a man that has done so much for our community here and surrounding communities as well. We will miss him very much. His official obituary is out now and his memorial service date will be announced at a later date.
The annual Exline School Reunion Dinner will be held Saturday, May 24 at 12 p.m. at the Exline Recreation Center. The cost for the dinner is $8 for all graduates and the general public are welcome to attend.
The Exline farmers market group will be attending a special day at the city park in Centerville for an Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 26. There will be lots of fun activities for adults and children alike. Try to attend this special event.
The Royal Neighbors will be meeting at Maryanne Hurley’s house on May 3 to create gardening pots to be given to Empower Women.
It’s finally happened. Exline will now officially have a monthly flea market! They will be held throughout the season on the first Saturday of every month from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The first to be held is Saturday, May 3. There are no fees and everyone is welcome just bring your stuff and set up! The spots that are available are on the east side of the Exline store and in the memorial park on that side.
