HONEY CREEK, 9–11 a.m. – Kayaking Tour – Get closer to nature during this two- hour kayaking tour with a naturalist. This program is perfect for people with some kayaking experience. Meet at the kayaking beach located just north of the boat docks. Participants must have prior kayaking experience and feel confident in their abilities to shuttle, launch and maneuver their kayak. Kayaks and paddles will be provided. Some PFDs are available but participants may bring their own. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can get wet. For people 12 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Participants must feel comfortable in the water. Space is limited. Email Hannah Wiltamuth at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a spot.

5–5:30 p.m. – Insect Hike – Discover the insects of Honey Creek Resort during this one-hour hike with a naturalist. Meet at the Activities Building. Great for all ages.
7–7:30 – Dutch Oven Cooking Demonstration – Join a naturalist on the patio of the Activities Building to learn how to use a Dutch Oven for campfire cooking.
