Information sheets were passed around to sign up for presentations, refreshments and different committees we could be on. Thank you cards were signed by all the members and will be sent to Amber Hoffman for the canoes along with a donation of $50 to the ACCB. We sent one to Pauline Donovan for donating her fan during the fair for the rabbit barn and one to Lockridge Lumber in Promise City for donating paint and paint supplies for the fairgrounds. The club voted to go to the corn maze in Knoxville next month. We also decided to do some more activities at the nursing homes.

Election of officers was held. Thee results were; Emily Steinbach, president; Tanner Swarts, vice president; Kylee Joiner, secretary; Brenton Willier, treasurer; Cessna Stufflebeem, recreation leader; Katy Pross, reporter; McKinley McClure, photographer; and Breanna Thamke, historian.
