Make a difference in your community: donate blood

The Daily Iowegian

---- — Did you know cancer patients are the number one recipient of blood products? Eligible, volunteer blood donors are needed every day to help ensure cancer patients, newborn babies, trauma patients and patients undergoing various surgeries receive the life-saving blood products they need. Blood donors make a difference, and in just one hour can help save the lives of up to three hospital patients in our community.

Plan to give your life-saving gift at the next Centerville Community Blood Drive, Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 12-6 p.m. at Grace Tabernacle Church, 914 N. Park St. in Centerville.

Schedule a blood donation appointment online at or call 800.287.4903.
