---- — In the Thursday, May 9 article entitled “The Corner Café in Moravia,” a paragraph was inadvertently left out by the author.

The story should have included the following. “Aleta and Lige Albertson owned and operated the Corner Café from 1953 until they sold it in 1960 to Paul and Betty Cridlebaugh. Lige and Aleta were very kid-friendly and served several morning-after breakfasts to after prom juniors and seniors, and many other events. You could go in with 11¢ and get a bottle of Pepsi and a small bag of peanuts and sit at the table of your choice. You stuffed the peanuts in the bottle, your pop was flat long before you were done visiting, but you were happy all the way home. Lige and Aleta fed everyone to ballgame burger and fries, on away games on the bus to Mom and Dad bringing the kids in for a meal. They were probably the most trusted adults in town along with Dewey and Grace at the skating rink.”
