Koestner should step down from council

On April 21, 2008 news broke of impending investigation of City Council member Kris Koestner, dba J&K Market.
Elected officials should hold themselves at a standard befitting the position; therefore, Mr. Koestner should excuse himself from the city council, during the investigation, so as not to exacerbate the situation further.
