Nancy Vance Goldhorn, 61, of Moravia, passed away Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014 at her home.
Nancy, daughter of Dominick and Mary Terebayza, was born in Waterloo, on March 30, 1952. She worked at John Deere Engine Works for 40 ½ years. Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, wife and sister. Anyone who knew her experienced her kind heart and soul, as she was always putting the needs of others first. The beauty of her heart was tangible in the flower gardens she lovingly tended.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Neil Goldhorn; two daughters, Mickell Bantz and Kara (John) Sullivan; granddaughter, Emersyn Bantz; sisters, Mary Ann (Steve) Cochran and Jean (Walter) Michels; and brothers, Don (Marilyn) Terebayza and Dick (Kathryn) Baldwin. She is also survived by step-children, Jeff (Veronica) Goldhorn and Julie (Dan) Proctor; grandchildren, Jordan (Lisa) Proctor, Taylor Proctor, Trevor (Miriam) Proctor, Dakota Proctor, M’Lin Proctor, Ally Goldhorn and Sophia Goldhorn; and two great-grandchildren, Andru Proctor and Dylan Proctor. Nancy will be missed dearly by her loved ones.
She has been cremated and there will be no services held at this time. A reception to commemorate Nancy’s life will be announced by the family at a later date.
