7:27 a.m. Burglary and criminal mischief were reported in the 500 block of North 4th. A door received an estimated $150 in damage from the burglary.

1:22 p.m. Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Van Buren. A billfold valued at $9 was reported taken.
1:29 p.m. Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Oak. A prescription medication valued at $2 was reported taken from an apartment.

12:19 p.m. Theft was reported at the junior high. An iPod valued at $200 was reported taken from a school locker.
6:02 p.m. Abandoned property was found in the 1300 block of South 16th. A Pine Huffy was taken to the Law Center.

12:03 p.m. Edward Joseph Rich, 54, of Centerville was charged at Park and Madison with public intoxication.
1:52 p.m. Donald Lee Bates, 56, of Centerville was charged in the 600 block of East Wall with two counts of trespass and public intoxication.
5:25 p.m. Levi Clark Merritt, 18, of Seymour was charged at the Wayne County/Appanoose County line with third degree sexual abuse.
9:49 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 700 block of North 1st. A 1990 Honda received an estimated $100 in damage from a broken window.

3:45 p.m. Macelia Almarett Brookhart, 48, of Centerville was charged in the 700 block of West Garfield with placing/burning refuse.

4:05 p.m. Mathew Allen Boland, 21, of Cincinnati was charged on the square with contempt of court.
