---- — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Rathbun Lake is hosting a workshop on Wednesday, May 22.
The intent of this workshop is to present information regarding the current water management operations, and the influence of recent and anticipated future trends necessitating the need to revise the 1980 version of the Water Regulation manual.
We encourage anyone interested in learning more information about this endeavor to attend. Public comments regarding potential revisions to the water regulation manual will be collected and used for the manual revision decision-making process.
The workshops will be held at the Rathbun Regional Water Association administrative office, which is located just a ½ mile south of the Rathbun Dam; 16166 Highway J29.
There are two schedule times for the workshop: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m.
