Managers from Centerville's Hy-Vee store delivered a Smartboard to Lincoln Elementary School Thursday afternoon. This is the second year in a row Lincoln has received a Smartboard from the Hy-Vee contest.
Shoppers at Hy-Vee receive points by buying certain products, such as the Proctor and Gamble brand. They can then give their points to a school of their choice. The top 200 point getters are then given Smartboards.
A child from each winning school also receives an iPad. This year the winner was kindergartner Isaac Messamaker.
