As part of a community-wide day of local activities, the popular Vintage Christmas Shoppe will be open in the Community Building on the Moravia square from 8 a.m.–7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23. The Shoppe will once again feature new and gently used fall décor and holiday decorations including a full-size artificial tree and three smaller pre-decorated trees, dishes and glassware, some winter clothing, gift baskets, pre-wrapped gift boxes, and knick-knacks and a framed Amish print.
Sweet treats, cider and tea will be served to all shoppers. All proceeds will go toward the scholarship fund for the Miss Moravia pageant at Fall Festival. The recipient is chosen on the basis of a written essay submitted during the contest.
