Appanoose County Board of Supervisors

The Appanoose County Board of Supervisors will meet Monday, Dec. 2 at 9 a.m. in the boardroom of the Courthouse.

Items on the agenda include approval of minutes of the Nov. 18 meetings, 28 E agreement for ADLM, deputy sheriff salary increase, Secondary Road position change, liquor license, 9:15 a.m. public hearing on ZOMA-1014-02, 35-70-18 to change from commercial to agricultural, Appanoose County cell phone policy, Appanoose County return to work policy, insurance proposal for union, Compensation Board recommendations, approval of reports, CPC and approval of bills.

Centerville City Council

The Centerville City Council will meet Monday, Dec. 2 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Items on the agenda include approval of Nov. 18 meeting minutes, approval of October Safety meeting minutes, approval of Oct. 10 Historic Preservation Commission meeting minutes, approval of beer/liquor license renewal for No. BB003619 Pizza Hut, approval of bills, department reports from police, fire, code compliance and animal control, consider new liquor license for South Side Cellar, approval of delinquent water/sewer accounts to be turned over for collections, Nancy Huisman — Hall Engineering — consider approval of Resolution No. 2013-3236 ordering award of contract for the Safe Routes to School - Phase 1 project, approval of Nicole Evans as full time dispatcher, approval of Res. No. 2013-3237 amending/setting salaries for appointed officers and employees of the city of Centerville, approval of Res. No. 2013-3238 transferring funds from Road Use and Sewer to Debt Service, approval of employee health insurance renewal as proposed by Tristar Benefits administrator, approval of Res. No. 2013-3229 establishing compensation for Water Utility Board of Trustees, reports, other business, audience questions and comments.
