---- — CENTERVILLE — The regular monthly immunization clinic will be held Tuesday, April 30 from 1-4 p.m. by appointment only at the Appanoose County Public Health Office at 209 E. Jackson St. in Centerville.

Childhood immunizations available include: DTaP, Polio, MMR, Varicella, Hep. A, Hep. B, Hib, Flu vaccine and Pneumococcal (Prevnar).

Adolescent immunizations available include: Td, Tdap, Hep. B, HPV (Gardasil) and Meningococcal (Menactra).

Flu vaccine is also available at our clinic.

Immunizations are free to children with Medicaid, children with no health insurance and to children whose health insurance doesn’t pay for immunizations.

Bring all immunization records with the child.

Immunizations will not be given without signature of parent or guardian and mother’s social security number.

This clinic does not take the place of regular health exams by your doctor.

Immunizations are available for adults at the County Health Office by appointment only. Call (641) 437-4332.

Donations will be accepted at the monthly clinic.
