CENTERVILLE — Looking for something new to do?

Well, you're in luck, as Sarah Dittmer, of Centerville, the proprietor of a new entertainment establishment, on Friday said Game On should be open before the end of October.

Find Game On in the old Exline Builders building at the corner of Green Street and South 18th Street in Centerville. Game On will feature laser tag, an arcade and a birthday party room, to start.

The building at South 18th Street and Green Street is 11,000 square feet, large enough for phase one.

Dittmer, 39, said Game On takes every spare moment she has and was something she realized Centerville needed after a trip to Des Moines in February of this year to roller skate for her daughter's 13th birthday party.

Dittmer said a second phase could see Game On add an indoor play land, mini golf, roller skating and go carts.

Dittmer said the cost of a roller skate floor and building was too much to finance, but opening a lazar tag was a less expensive option to get started.
