Outstanding clarinetist to serve as SEISO resident artist

CENTERVILLE — Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra is proud to present clarinetist Jen Augello as artist in residence for 2013. Augello will perform for more than 20 school, community and service groups throughout southeast Iowa from March 11 to 22. This year, Augello will perform Mozart’s Concerto in A Major for Clarinet, K. 622.  Performances will be held Saturday, March 23, 7:30 p.m. at Burlington Memorial Auditorium; Sunday, March 24, 3 p.m. at Indian Hills College St. John Auditorium in Ottumwa and again at 7:30 p.m. in the Iowa Wesleyan College Chapel Auditorium, Mt. Pleasant.

Augello will perform two full recitals during her residency in southeast Iowa: 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 12 at Zion United Church of Christ in Burlington and 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 19 at Pennsylvania Place in Ottumwa. Both recitals are open to the public and are offered free of charge.
