The Centerville High School production of the musical "Annie" is quickly coming together for opening night Friday, Nov. 2 at Simon Estes Auditorium.
More than 60 kids are involved in the production and the cast includes high schoolers as well as elementary and junior high students as orphans and friends to the title character, Annie.
Skyler Lawson is featured as Annie with Neal Caylor as Daddy Warbucks and Shelby Royer as Grace Farrell. Sydney Ocker will portray Miss Hannigan, with Noah Coatney as Rooster and Mariah Clawson as Lily St. Regis.
The production is directed by Kayleen Durley and produced by Laura DePrizio.
The musical will be performed twice, opening Friday, Nov. 2 at 7:30 p.m. with the show repeating Saturday, Nov. 3 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets will cost $5 for adults and $3 for PreK-12th grade students.
Other members of the cast include: Bert Healy - Marshall Gill; Whacky - Stevie Cochran; Speaking orphans - Lei Alena Dagat, Emily Steinbach, Rachel Valentine, Jessie Posovich, Marissa Rupalo and Hannah Ranes; Other orphans - Gabby DePrizio, Lexi Ranes, Emma Ranes, Brenna Jacobson, Sidney Jacobson, Alyssa Koestner, Anna Bowen, Marriah Rupalo, Malinda Rupalo and Bailey Jackson; FDR - Brady Sweet; Drake the Butler - Logan Dabney; Boylan sisters - Emily Caylor, Nyrobi McEntire and Rachael Buckallew; Sandy the Dog - Cash Brauman and Champ Caylor; FDR's cabinet - Trey McCoy, Emily Caylor, Jake Oglesby and Garret Faris.
Members of sixth hour contest choir and seventh and eighth hour drama class round out the cast.
