Breese was ordered to pay $1,943.15 and he still owes the same amount.
The Centerville Police Department issued a press release on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011 that addressed their investigation into what would be multiple criminal charges allegedly committed during the mid-morning hours in the 700 block of North 11th Street. Police ultimately located numerous items that had been reported as stolen by the victims of the crimes during a search of the residence at 719 N. 11th St., where Breese, Bills and Terrell lived.
In an unrelated criminal case against Breese, Judge Mefford on Dec. 20, 2013 sentenced him to five years in prison, suspended to five years probation and a fine for the charge of controlled substance violation, a class D felony. The criminal charge’s offense date was June 29, 2013.
On Jan. 6, 2014 the court dismissed one count of failure to affix a tax stamp, a class D felony.
