These high school boys are running for the title of Mr. Centerville High School. A male pageant will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in Simon Estes Auditorium as a fundraiser for Operation Santa and is sponsored by the CHS Student Council Finance Committee. The committee chairs are Katie Wiskus and Ashley Sharp. The boys will be out in the community at different events, collecting money for Operation Santa. On Dec. 22, they will turn in the money they have collected and the candidate with the most money collected will be named Mr. CHS in a ceremony at half-time of the Centerville vs. Mt. Pleasant basketball game. If anyone in the community would like to support one of the candidates, they may drop their donation off at the high school office with the candidates name attached.
The candidates are, back row, Thaler Carter, Kylee Martin, Zach Bogle, David Harshman and Caleb Baker. Front row are Drew Dillon, Nick Kruzich, Logan Jellison and Ethan Moorman. Not pictured is Cole Rathbun. Submitted photo / Daily Iowegian
