Published November 20, 2009 11:25 am - Centerville Fire Department receives check The Centerville Fire Department received a check for $4,000 from ANR Pipeline Company on Wednesday. Centerville Fire Department Captain Vern Milburn said $1,000 will go toward safety and school fire prevention and the rest will go toward a program where the fire department will purchase and offer to Centerville homeowners smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Milburn also said that they would install the equipment for homeowners. Pictured from left are Mike Bogle, Milburn and Dana Wilcoxson, pipeline technician.
