Appanoose County Public Health will be offering a regular monthly immunization clinic on Tuesday, Nov. 24 from 1-4 p.m. at Assembly of God Church, 1020 E. Maple, Centerville.
Childhood immunizations available include DTap, polio, MMR, Hep. B, Hib and pneumococcal (Prevnar).
Adolescent immunizations available include Td, Tdap, Hep. B, HPV (Gardasil) and meningococcal (Menactra).

Please bring all immunization records with the child. Immunizations will not be given without the signature or guardian and mother’s social security number.
This clinic does not take the place of regular health exams by your doctor.
