Centerville native to perform benefit concert Saturday
Dustin Bear, saxophonist, producer, composer, arranger and Iowa native, returns to his hometown of Centerville Saturday, Nov. 21 to put on another arts benefit concert at the Simon Estes Auditorium.
A once a year event not to be missed, Bear's performance beings at 7 p.m. featuring the best of popular music from past to present with guest vocalist, Leandra Ramm.
Bear has entertained audiences around the world from Italy to South America and most recently performing in New York City's "Greenespace." He has been featured in festivals and has appeared on stage with some of music's top musicians and performers.
Each year Bear plans to bring his music back to Centerville to entertain locals with great music and he will donate a portion of the event’s proceeds to help Centerville's arts and music programs.
Tickets are on sale now for $16 in advance, $20 at the door, and can be purchased at Bradley Hall, The Columns, The Chamber of Commerce and at the Hy-Vee in Centerville.
