The Appanoose County Auditor's Office Friday afternoon released the list of candidates and the wording for the county-wide Public Measure A qualified residents will vote for on Nov. 3.

Not running for the Centerville City Council are incumbents Kris Koestner in Ward 2 and Mike Zintz at-large. Aiming to replace Koestner are Centerville residents Robbie Morgan and Jay Rogers. Ben Dawson and Darrin Hamilton, both of Centerville, are vying for the at-large council seat.

In Cincinnati, Jean Morrison and Jared Opperman are running for the office of mayor. Three at-large council seats are open in Cincinnati with Ron Shady, incumbent Debra Denise Tait, Robert Conger and Roberta D. Glovas looking to round out the council.

Incumbent Exline Mayor Jim Casteel is running unopposed and incumbents Jim Burns, Terry Hand and Paul Temple join Chuck Coffman and John Matheny for the five at-large city council seats.

Moulton's mayor's office is not in play this election and incumbent Terry L. Pangburn and Benjamin Robert Hansen are running for the two at-large council seats.

Incumbent Frankie Belzer is being challenged by Dean Chester for the office of mayor in Mystic. And 11, including two incumbents, have filed for the five open at-large council seats in Mystic. Ruby, Paige Seddon, Jeffrey L. Shook, Dave Wendland and Janet Williams.

It's all incumbents in Numa, as Mayor Richard Dale Brooke is running unopposed and Betty Marshall is the only one running for the sole two-year at-large and Jolene Fadiga and Donna L. Sales are the only ones running for the two open four-year at-large Numa City Council seats.
