Published May 14, 2008 05:56 pm - WOMAN MUGGED OUTSIDE OF MR. MOVIES IN BROAD DAYLIGHT Robbery at Lake Center Mall The Centerville Police Department is asking for your help in solving a robbery in the Lake Center Mall parking lot on Tuesday, May 13.
At 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, the Centerville Police received a call from a female at the Lake Center Mall claiming that she had been hit in the back of the head and someone had stolen her purse after she left Mr. Movies. The female was taken to Mercy Hospital in Centerville for treatment for her injuries. Anyone with information concerning the investigation is asked to contact the Centerville Police Department at 641-437-7100 or the Appanoose County Crime Stoppers at 641-856-3134.
