Ocker charged with OWI

— The Appanoose County Sheriff's Office has reported that Russell Ocker, 35, of Centerville was charged May 9 with OWI, first offense, in the 17000 block of 163rd Avenue.
Ocker is an announcer with radio station KMGO and is the 2008 Centerville Chamber of Commerce president.
