Happy-Go-Luckies meet

— The Happy-Go-Luckies 4-H group held a meeting on April 20. The meeting was held at the Achesons’ house at 2 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Jessica Acheson. Roll call was answered by three members. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved, and the treasurer’s balance was given. Lauren Lain led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Old business discussed was if anyone had signed up for the intermediate trip. New business discussed was a that a new treasurer and reporter are needed, the youth council report, Susan Cole awared Honorary 4-H Member at the Leaders’ Banquet, the 4-H logo contest, the communication event that will be Tuesday, June 10, the county clothing event on July 10 and State 4-H Youth Conference June 24-26 at Iowa State.
Also at the meeting members marbelized paper and small items. Jill Acheson adjourned the meeting and Lain seconded it. Jill Acheson led the 4-H pledge. Also, the Achesons provided refreshments for the meeting.
